Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change and unexpected situations arise. In order to provide the best service to all of my clients and manage time effectively, we kindly ask that you observe the following cancellation policy:

    •    Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or service.

    •    Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 50% service charge.

    •    Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
